Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Return Policy: Items can be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date, as confirmed by our tracking system. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
    • Not-A-Bogg Totes
    • Not-A-Stanley Tumblers
    • Items purchased from Pop-up Stores, Street Markets, Tent Sales
    • Items on SALE TABS or bought using discount codes of 30% off or more
    • Swimwear, Athletic Wear, Jewelry, Intimate Items, Bralettes, Leggings, Bodysuits, Hats, and all items in the Accessories Collection
  • Return Shipping Cost: A $6.00 flat rate for return shipping will be applied for your convenience. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to send the product back to us.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, free from wear, makeup, deodorant stains, perfumes, animal hair, smoke, or any damage. Clothing should be returned in protective packaging, and shoes must be in their original box and placed within an additional shipping box or bag.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@dixiehikeandstyle.com within 2 DAYS of delivery with photographic evidence. We will address these issues promptly.

Processing Returns

  • Return Address: Send returns to Dixie Hike and Style, 3080 E Rimrunner Dr, Saint George, UT 84790. Please include your packing slip for faster processing.
  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you once your return has been processed and store credit has been issued. Purchases made with store credit are final sale.
